- How do I know a used car part will fit my car?
- Match the part to your car's make, model, year and engine — many parts also carry an OEM or manufacturer part number you can compare. On Bazarla in Tbilisi the seller is the owner or a local dealer, so message them directly and ask which cars the part fits before you agree a price. For engine, gearbox or electronic parts it is worth quoting your VIN so the seller can confirm compatibility.
- How can I check the condition of a second-hand part before buying?
- Ask the seller for clear photos of the exact part, whether it was removed from a working car, and any wear, cracks or corrosion. Wherever possible inspect the part in person in Tbilisi and test-fit or power it up before paying. Used parts rarely come with a warranty, so agree the condition and price directly with the seller — Bazarla takes no commission and never holds the payment.
- Should I buy new or used car parts?
- It depends on the part. Safety and wear items such as brake pads, tyres and batteries are usually best bought new or in clearly good condition, while body panels, trims, lights and many mechanical parts are commonly bought used to save money. Listings in Tbilisi include both new and second-hand parts, so filter by what you need and check each ad's description before deciding.
