A two-room duplex is rented for $500, with a studio-type apartment on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, in a separately standing house in an Italian yard. The first and last month's rent is paid in advance. Address: 17 Chiaturi Street, parallel to Chikovani (old Khilianis) Street. I do not work with agents under any circumstances.
