I'm renting out a new three-room apartment in Vashlijvari on Mukhran Machavariani Street (Saburtalo district): two bedrooms and a studio, newly renovated, 70 m², 7th floor. There is a beautiful park opposite the building, five minutes' drive to Lisi Lake. No animals. Rented for a long term, price 650$ for the first and last month of stay.
