Half an hour from Kutaisi, near Kutaisi Airport, a very beautiful village is selling a 2000 square meter plot of land. It is used as a residential area, as well as for agricultural purposes. The plot is by the road and has an asphalt road in front of it. It is located in a populated area. At this stage, it is being sold cheaply for $4000, but its real price is much higher. Call if interested.
