I'm renting an apartment with a separate bedroom in the center of Saburtalo, five minutes from Technical University metro station, located at 10 Gamrekeli Street. It's not a new building, but has a well-maintained entrance with an intercom, a courtyard, and a fully equipped apartment. The apartment is 55 sqm, on the 3rd floor, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The price is $600 per month, for long-term rent, no pets allowed. $600 includes utilities, plus one month's rent as a deposit, WhatsApp and Telegram available.
